so anxious...but so fearful that we'll be one of those that takes months longer because of the name match issue...but I have started having butterflies when I check the mail each night!!! Ironically, Ojos, if we hadn't had the name match we would've submitted the waiver the week before you and probably be together by now...sad to have this be so long for something out of our control.

8 months too like Chapital - what worries me is the criminal - we never told them he had a warrant for his peeding ticket - it is now cleared- you just never know though - also I did an address change and that worries me too - I have butterflies too - very anxious!

i'm with y'all too (oct approval).i called last thurs. she said call back this coming thurs. if nothing comes in the mail. last time i called they said call back in a few weeks.so i bet you that we are get our open apptointments this week or next.just a feeling i have.soon baby soon.

I'm still waiting too!!! I called today and they told me that they are a month behind meaning that if i got the approval on the 19th of last month it should be in the system sometime this week hopefully!!!!! Don't worry we are already approved shouldn't be much longer.:cheerful::cheerful:

Hey You Know! We Never Got The Open Appointment Letter I Waited Like Almost 3 Months. So Me And My Husband Took A Risk And Whent To Cfj With Out It, And He Was In Their System. Don't know if you got my email but here it's content so that other people can see who might be wondering what to expect when they get their open appointment. Appointments are Monday through Thursday only from 7:00am to 9:00am. Here's the content:

I actually got two letters. The first one dated (06/10/08) and the second one I got today(06/16/08) dated (06/12/08):

All of my documents that we have already submitted expire on 06/27/08. According to the first letter if we attend the interview after 06/27/08 we will have to renew the following documents:

1. Passport, if expired.
2. Complete Medical Exam.
3. Photos
4. DS-230 Part I and II
If we attend by or before 06/27/08, submit the following documents:

1. Mexican Passport.
2. Vaccines
3. Photos
4. DS-230 Part I and II

The second letter which I received(06/16/08) today says the following:

On your next appointment present:

1. Unexpired Passport
2. Vaccines record from the Mecial Clinic
3. Photos

By the way, are your a U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident? I don't understand what I got the open appointment before you did. Anyway, I hope you get it soon.

On the next Monday I called and they said the it had been mailed out like almost a week before that. That Monday was a holiday so the next day Tuesday, my SIL got it in the mail.
