Well the guy would not let hubby come up there instead he gave him a new appt. for Aug 5th to turn in his missing docs. So ya know what that just gives me that much more time to make sure that this appt. goes off without a hitch. Wish me luck

Yes we have all of the docs. I told hubby to get school records also if they can find them and even if there are any other docs that would prove his birth or even an age timeline. I told him to ask his mother to write a letter and detail the birthday and time and for him to get it noterized. I am better now at least we are back on the bored and running. The guy was very nice but said that I could not file a waiver appt with him said I had to wait until after the 1st appt but I think I will try tomorrow and see if I can get one scheduled? What do ya all think?

This happens to everyone. Just keep calling and hopefully you will get someone different. Did you tell them that you previously made a waiver appointment well before your first interview, and that you know tons of people who have done the same?

They are driving me crazy I am calling right now to see if someone will do it. I did tell her about the old appt on July 16 but she said no you have to go to the appt on Aug 5th and that is the only appt you have in the system right now when you are done with that one you may make an appt for your waiver.

CCDC- the lady I spoke to this morning after I talked to MR. B said they are being strict and I don't think they are allowing waiver appointments until your first appointment. I asked the lady if I would receive a decision before his 7/21 waiver appointment and she said I would have to reschedule it after a decision is made or after the second interview.

Keep trying to call. When I made the first waiver appointment I was able to do it on the first try. The man said he is not in the system, I explained when his interview date was and that it was very important to get it scheduled and he let me do it. I think I called in the night time.

Well the final answer is No he can not schedule the waiver appt. he would not do it know matter how much I begged, explained, talked, wined nothing he said call back on the 6th of Aug and he would be happy to schedule my waiver:curse:

Well that really stinks if they have changed the policy and are being strict now. Seems like forcing a prolonged separation to me, especially crappy for those that get backlogged. I hope they get this resolved and stop that unnecessary business. Keep trying ccdc, Good luck!!
