Backlog form: "other" was checked off

Anyone else have this? At the top is the English version and they checked off fbi databases and other.. and next to the word other they typed "prior immigration violations" Is that referring to his overstay? or his deport? Under the spanish version they only checked off other and wrote the same thing but in spanish.

Anyone else have prior imm violations given as a reason for backlog? If you are applying for a waiver, you've clearly overstayed which IS a prior imm violation so I would assume that means they are referring to his deport.

Interesting....I would assume it is the deportation. I think there are a lot of in the backlog whose husband's did not have deportations but did have illegal presence and don't have that written in. And, nice to see you around Mach....how you holding up?
