I'm new to this website and love it. I don't know how to start but here is my case. I met my husband in the States on April 2006. He enter the US legally on a tourist Visa back in 1997. He overstayed on his tourist Visa for ten years. In May 2007 he departed the US (on his own) he wanted to apply for another tourist visa. His petition was denied. Now he is in Mexico. We just got married in Mexico on Aug 10th. Now I'm working on the I130 & I-129 and K3 Visa. I have all the forms ready to go but I'm just scared on what is going to happen?.. I have lots of questions which I have contacted some lawyers but they don't answer my questions they just want my MONEY. Money I don't have.
Thanks

LolitA

Welcome! I think you will find lots of answers to your questions on this website. It sounds like you will be going through the I-601 waiver process. You are already familiar with the Pilot Program, right?
Attorney Laurel Scott has a free online immigration chat on Wednesdays at 9 AM Pacific , if you would like to attend. The website is visacentral.net.

Welcome to the best site around! You'll find that while legal advise cannot be given, most information is more accurate (and timely) than information you may receive from lawyers etc. Best of luck!
