Just wanted to confirm what MTRACK had posted last week...
My mother called our U.S. Senator's immigration liaison, asking when the new consulate would open. She called my mother back on Monday and said that she had spoken with the consulate in Juarez. They told her that it would be 6-8 months until the new consulate opens.
Now, she could be mistaken, but this confirms what some others have posted recently on here.
So, I guess it's the "old" consulate for us!
