I sent with my husband copies of my medical records, because my current Dr. wouldn't write a letter about my records from my previous Dr. Will thise work at the waiver appt. I had to change Dr.s because my medical coverage changed.

Me too! I am using records and no letters - I asked one doctor and he didn't have time... what a load of poop! It should be fine - the point is to prove you have the condition you say you do - and the records will show that.

One of my doctors wrote the letter on a prescription tablet. Stated my conditions, my medications that I was under care if there was any questions to call.
Couldn't take time to type and sign a letter? I hope that works!

IMO a letter would just be a bonus.....medical records are more then sufficient evidence to prove medical hardships

Has there been anyone that has been apprived with the medical records? I've been trying to get a letters but they just don't have time and when you set an appt. they don't want to hear about it. I just want to scream!!!!!!! All I want is my husband back is that so hard? The princibles at my son's schools didn't have any problems about writting a letter on the children's behalf. Meaning their progress and their experiences with their behaviors.
