Okay, so my job got me this HP laptop, with Windows XP, I think and I can't figure out something so (duh!) easy, obvious that I feel dumb for asking. The computer lab person at my school is hit & miss, she's going through a lot and doesn't always come to work, so I can't count on hauling this thing in and then trying to fix it.
Okay, anyway, the problem is..when I'm on a webpage, and the mouse kind of "hovers" over a link for maybe one second, it automatically opens that page. I have a mac at home, which I prefer to use. But since I'm going to use this thing for work and the occasional google check, I would like it to stop doing that. Where can I find the preferences?
Can anyone help!?!
