my husband just talked to his sister in california and she said her friend did the waiver letter and all the evidence and when she went to her appointment they told her she had to do it on the internet and then come back in two weeks. is this correct.

they told her she had to do what on the internet? make the waiver appt? that's how it used to be before december 2007.

no his sister said her friend was told they had to file the waiver online . i am thinking his sisters friend or his sister is confused.

Are they maybe adjusting here in the US with the waiver? where was the appointment? CDJ?

that's bizzarre and i am inclined not to believe it...i mean we had 2 members turn in their traditional paper waiver packets TODAY!

they told her she had to go back to tijuana and wate. she went to appointment in juarez.

i agree and thats what i told my husband but know he is paranoid and i guess he thinks his sister knows more . I told him that there have been people going and turning in packets at waiver appointment .

so were they backlogged then?..maybe they meant to check status via internet?..of course I am just guessing~~no personal experience :blush:

Yeah, that doesn't make sense. Like the others said, people turned in waiver packets today. Just carry on with what you are doing.
