My uncle filed to adjust the status of my father. At that time I was listed on the petition as a beneficiary of my dad. the process as you know took nearly 12 years. in that time my father was sponsored by his employer on another petition but I was already 21 therefore "aged out" from that petition. with the new memorandum released by USCIS concerning the child status protection act, can i file to adjust my status now on that same petition originally filed by my uncle? thanks a lot for your help.
