Hello. My case is : 6 years ago I arrived to US airport with an fake passport.The INS officer realized this.I asked assylum and I was 3 months in a jail for the process. When I see the judge I told him that I renounced and I want to come back from where I come to US. After 5 days they putted me on the airplane.
In this moment I have to go to K3 interview and I had to complete DS 156. But I don't know what box I have to check on the question 38. I think I have to check more boxes,but I'm not sure.I know that I will need an I 601 waiver. Thanks.
