marriage on tourist visa

I met a girl from Brazil and have known her for 6 months and have met her family and asked her to marry me. She has a tourist visa and i wonder if she came her as a tourist and we got married, what immigration forms do i need to fill out to make her a citizen. I understand this is not the correct method, but i think it is the fastest.

you will need to get married, and file AOS Package, I-130,I-485,I-864,G325's one each 4 copies,

It's not necessarily fastest, and it can be stressfull, cos at the end of the day you will need to prove evidence you had no intent to marry when she come over on tourist visa. Although I have no room to talk, as that is the way I did it, but trust me it is worrying and stressfull, my husband and I did get married in the spare of the moment, if you can prove this you may be ok, my advise is keep all receipts. and copy everything.

No other comments needed - your response is totally correct. As long as she didn't entry the country with the intent to marry she *should* be fine. Best to be prepared to prove this which is not easy - but could include things like proof that she didn't prepare to stay beyond her visit and had to leave her job, family, apartment, etc. since marrying here means she'll have to stay until the AOS is complete and she either has her green card or AP.
