Is it true that the u.s government can deport you if the following ALL of the conditions are met:

girl comes to visit family in u.s
girl meets and marrys a usc
girl stay after VWP expires
they file for AOS
girl becomes pregnant...
baby born in u.s.a

yes or no, if so why?

i heard of a girl who was in this situation, and they deported her simply because she was an illegal alien when she ENTERED the country..

Yes the government can deport a person for being illegal just being married to a u.s. citizen and having a u.s. citizen child does not make a person legal.

If all her paperwork isn't approved they can deport her. Until you get that visa, they can deport you at any time...even my husband could get deported....being pregnant doesn't matter.

Right I agree with everyone and baby and being marry to USC does not guarantee your status.

No, they did not deport her because she "was an illegal alien when she entered the country." They deported her because she was an illegal alien at the time that she was deported.

If she entered on VWP, she did not enter illegaly.

Being married to a US citizen and being pregnant do not make a difference. If the person is illegal, they can technically be deported at any time.
