?? about re-scheduling K3 interview

Ok I am thinking about doing a K3 (have been for a while now) if we go that route and we can not make the interview is it only about a 3 month wait for a new one? I know for CR/IR it's a year, but they also take a year to get. K3 are at about 3 - 4 months now so is that how long it will take for a re-schedule?
