My Hubby is filing the I-134 for my k3 appointment. On the form do we need to put my USC son's name too on question number 3 , : name of spouse or children following to join person.
my son lives with me in India and will be travelling with me to the States.....
On question 8
Is this where my husband shows child support paid to his ex-wife?
On question 10.
Do we put the 130 and 129F submission dates..
on number 11.
Do we put NA since i am a spouse? or does my hubby mark "intend"
I know alot of my questions are "duh" but i just want everythin to be perfect.
