I have an appointment at the US Embassy London Tomorrow regarding my Waiver, Please please please, i need alot of prayers from all you ppl. I will inform you tomorrow evening how it went, I'm hoping for a stamp! I need my visa badly. I wish you all the best of luck also. Hey you guyz! Thanks ever so much for the love n support you have shown, I really appreciate it! I always pray for all of us to get thru this tough situation ASAP. You guyz just made me cry this morning with all the good comments you left me. I am off to London in an hours time, my couch is around 10.25am, reach London around 12.00 and my appt is around 2pm. I will be back late night, coz i need to go to couple of shops in London, take pictures etc. So, Hopefully by late night, or tormorrow I will give you guyz the (GOOD) news. Take care and my prayers are always wid you all! This site is just full of love n respect, Even if i get my visa today, it doesnt mean i won't be seen on this site, i'll be here always n forever!:wave:

It is a bridal Lengha. . .India/Pakistan that region. . .I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM. . .I wanted a Red/Gold one :-( But they are sooooo expensive. Surprised hubby instead with a pink/gold one.

Its not good news but not bad either (hope). this officer who took my interview was a cool guy, he was doing his job basically. Too many questions, after what he had to ask me, he put it all in his system and told me to take a seat, they took 2 hours and came up with the decision for an oath. He told me to swear and sign all the questions he had got ready for me, printed them out, got them signed by this other officer as a witness, and he said that was it. I asked him whats next, he said we will make our decision. Don't know when, but yeah, i'm still stuck in the middle of no where. I don't think this will be overnight approval, its just getting extreme day after day. :bang:

This waiver was about me, now they jumped on to the kids, silly questions, this that n the other, to me all irrelavant. They can invesitgate but they won't get anything out of it. They have all the time in the world to give ppl hard time. Just don't know how to explain all this to my girls. I'm not happy at all about this. But GOD is with me always.:sad:

well, about time they look into my case~ its been over 7 months i submitted my waiver along with a HSL. Only to remove a 3 year bar, its been 2 years already i left USA, n now i had to take the oath. dunno whats next. Fingers crossed! I'm up for anything, they need to bring it on n get it over n done with, thats what i want, A DECISION~

BTW, do you have any clue whats after the oath? they put like 15 questions on i had to swear n sign it.

Well, i had an appointment on the 3rd of June, 2008. A DHS officer came all the way from Washington to interview me. It was kinda tough, but at the end, he made me take an oath. Ever since, i have not heard anyfin from them. Fingers crossed buddy. Best of luck to u, and also, u too, keep me posted on yr situation.

Hi Everyone,
Husband has interview today in Bulgaria!!! only took 1 hour! They didnt,t ask very many questions, just basic stuff..
Were you ever in the US, How long, did you work??
They asked for proof that he is NOT married in BG too!! so he has to get that.
They kept his passport too!! why???
They told him if he needs it, he can come get it, otherwise it stays at the Embassy. so the waiver was filed and will be sent to Vienna.. Genevieve
