Has anyone ever seen a HSL from India?

Where did people get unfavorable facts for India.... DOesn't media make India seem so desirable to live in? Isn't it difficult to build a case against why a USC cannot relocate to India... ton's of employees from Multinational Companies do...

Please help

Zia - there is one India approved HSL in the stick post with approved letters at the top of this forum.

I don't know, just because multinational company workers live in India doesn't mean anyone with no job connections there can do it with ease. The best arguments though are probably things that keep your husband/fiance in the U.S - like ties to family, work experience that he would not be able to use in India, medical issues, etc.

Zia, the hardship letter is not primarily about where the USC would be relocated to. Otherwise it would be impossible to get a waiver in Australia, Rome, London, Canada etc., and perhaps automatic in Africa and South America.
The evidence on this site is that this is just not the case.

HI Zia I myself am going to be going through New Delhi, India for my waiver. The only thing that I can think of is that its not easy to get a job in india and be able to make the same amount of money as you can here. To relocate to India is not easy and to get a job its all about knowing people. Also if you have any debts here there is no way you can make much money in india and be able to pay it off. YOu can message me if you have any questions.
