General Doug O'Dell, federal coordinator for Gulf Coast Rebuilding, along with Brigadier General Michael Walsh of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers discussed hurricane protection in New Orleans in preparation for the upcoming hurricane season beginning June 1.
