Police Certificate - A certificate stating that a records check was done, and will state if there was any arrests/convictions.
Police Record - If there is anything that shows up on the Police Certificate, then you must also obtain the Police and Court Records of those arrests/convictions.
PR - Permanent Resident (or LPR)
