1992~ CFloresgirl first daughter was born
1994~ Mr CFlores EWI from Mexico
1999~ Mr CFlores went home for 2 months
2000~ Mr CFlores EWI again..been here since
2001 CFloresgirl became single mom
9/2002~ We met while out dancing
5/2003~ Bought our house/my daughter and I moved in w/him
7/2003~ We got married
3/2004~ Filed our 1st I-130 9/2004~was approved
8/2004~ Son was born
2005~ decided to wait on process because we were getting several stories on how to continue~ at the time not knowing we didn't even qualify for the waiver! eventually our first I-130 was no longer active.
10/2006~ our daughter was born
11/2007~ we met yet another lawyer who mistakenly told us we qualified for the waiver.
01/2008 Found I2US~ Refiled I-130 ~after reading everything posted here,realized we were misinformed by our lawyer and we did not qualify for waiver~ we were refunded our money and now we wait...2010~ going for Cancellation of Removal
