Hi all! Our waiver was just approved through Panama City, and now I'm wondering how best to prepare for the next stage of the process. Would anyone care to comment on what happened after your waiver was approved? How long did it take for your next interview at the consulate to be scheduled? And was this an actual interview or just a visa pick-up? My approval letter makes it sound like we have to go through the whole consulate interview process AGAIN, so I'm wondering if I need to fly to Bogota for that, even though I can't really afford it.

I don't know how Panama works. I do know that in Mexico you get a letter about 6 weeks later and the immigrant has to go back to the embassy to get his/her visa. But.... CONGRATULATIONS! :)

I think the embassy actually sends you another appt. Vjorgem and Joy and Pain were approved through Panama and they got their appts within a couple of weeks. Congrats again.
