As some of you know about our case my boyfriend left to Macedonia on VD a month ago, he overstay his C-1 visa over a year(10yr ban) he was arrested for aggravated assault, now the charges were dismiss but our attorney advice us to pay $750.oo to: "victims of crime association" this association payed money to victim(like an insurance) for med bills an stuff, so we did, I know this may make him look guilty and I told the lawyer but anyways he said that was the only way the case was gonna be dismiss so we did( I think there should have been another way)
Now HONESTLY, what do you think our chaces are for the waiver? Most of my hardships are #2 and maybe even a #1, I just wanna know kind of what to expect now that the criminal case has been dismiss. I know some of you had told me what to expect but still I would like to hear more opinions, Thank You very much. By the way everything is working out as plan so far, so hopefully soon Ill visit him, soon I will let everyone know!!!!!!!:wave:
