I really loved this movie.

I like how the innocence of the little girl was portrayed, and how good acts and kindness are always rewarded.

We loved it too. We watched it with English sub-titles. Normally we don't like that, but this movie was really good.

We were totally surprised. Very enjoyable movie.

I saw this a long time ago, but I think it was towards the beginning middle when the soldiers find a father and son who are hunting rabbit. They think they are enemy spies maybe? I can't remember exactly. and then Wham!! bottle in the teeth! '

Ohh yes, yes I remember now.

I think the one scene where Mercedes(maribel verdu)cuts the general's(?) cheek is surprising.

I loved that movie. That General was so mean but I found the people very good looking. Dark hair, light skin, very nice.

We just watched this movie last night - and my hubby loved it.

I thought it was good - but he said he'd like to own it!! Surprised me - not usually the type of movies he likes!

How ironic! I was just going to say, "If you liked Pan's Labrynth, you might like The Orphanage. I loved both. The setting and scenery was similar.

Same director. I like both movies.... The Orphanage creeped me out because the main character has the same name as my son and his mother spends most of the movie crying out his name.

I love Guillermo DelToro.... I do the creature with the hand-eyes to my daughter all the time...ewww.
