I need to know if a Cuban can get political asylum somewhere in Europe..
she presently lives in Germany but her visa renewal has been denied and her current will expire in three months..anyone know what can she do to avoid having to go back to Cuba...??

A political asylum is all I can think might allow her to avoid going back and live elsewhere..
she had worked for a few years but her business was not making much money and she closed it to avoid bankruptcy..but now they will not re validate her visa with no proof of work I think..I have little info or experience on this ..or what to do to help her on my own....

She wants to go somewhere and work..she wanted to come to the UNITED STATES but I am sure she would be deported without proper documentation trying to come here from Germany correct?

help!!!

Edgar, I moved your question to the "political asylum" section. Hopefully someone will be able to help. Good luck.

thats gonna be a hard one....
how long is her arbeitserlaubnis ?
and when did she obtain it ?
if she did in deed had bankrupcy then its not good cause germany does not support if she tries to live of the government.
political asylum is in deed correct but they will wonder why havent she come that way in the first place.....
i will contact me sister in law due to the fact her husband is from cuba and had major problems, but again that was a few years back

not sure what is arbeitserlaubnis ? she has not been bankrupt..but was going in that direction..so she closed her work in order to avoid losing money....

she wants to come to the USA ; I don't think that is possible without proper documentation..she would be deported to Cuba at the airport I would think..

she needs help..can a person submit a political asylum anywhere?

what are the requiements?

any info on this..options for her maybe??

Thanks for any info..

She would need a visa to enter the US, she would not get on a plane without one.

For imnformation about German legal issues you would need a Germam Immigration web site
