I am interested in bringing some men from Mexico to work for my small business. How do I start? Where do I get the paperwork is it the I 129? I have a EIN business # is that all that I need?

What kind of work? Professional or Labor?
For professional jobs I know you have to be able to prove that you can not hire someone from the USA to do the job.
I'm not sure what the specifics for Laborers are.....if they even allow you to do that.

Unfortunately this site isn't going to be much help... but I think what you are attempting is very difficult, if not impossible. Employment-based immigration is very challenging, moreso possibly than the family-based system.

If your business is agricultural, you'd apply for H2A visas. If it's not agricultural, then you'd apply for H2B visas.
It is a very regulated process. You have to first prove that you cannot find eligible domestic workers before you can get the visas for foreign workers.
The company where I work brings in workers on temporary visas and it is a huge hassle. It is only worth it if you really truly can't find workers here for your business.
