affidavit letter

Can anyone help I have to file a I-601 hiv waiver but I don't know what to do and they say I have to write a letter of affidavit saying that I understand hiv and stuff can anyone help me with this affidavit and filling out questions 9 and 10 on the form since I already live in the us and filing for AOS please h help me I am so scared and worried

Hmmmmm. . .okay, I don't have much experience on this one but from the quick search I just did it looks like you need to explain how you are going to cover treatment without government expense, how you take care of your health and monitor prevention of passing it to others. . .Are you still talking about the same case you were asking about last night? or Are there two separate cases?

You might consider attending the Wednesday chat next week and asking this question. Do you already have an attorney?

For either case it would not be a bad idea to at least consult an attorney. Specifically though get someone who is experienced in this type of case, at least the 601 waiver.
