Greetings,
My hubby got an email from his senator’s office yesterday and this is what they said:
"The USCIS, Vermont Service Center has told me that your wife's waiver cases (EAC ### and EAC ###) are currently with an adjudicating officer, pending final decision. The agency cannot provide a good time frame for when a decision might be issued. However, they will notify you as soon as the review is complete. If you have not heard directly from VSC in 30 days, feel free to call me for follow up."
Does this mean they have everything they need to make the decision? Has anyone gotten this response before? Any idea on time line for this type of response?
I am trying not to read into it but I am hoping this is a good sign. The info is so vague it’s frustrating.
Thanks in advance for your input :)
