Hey everyone;
I`m adjusting my status as i entered successfully in the US after my waiver was approveD. :D
but as i go tru the forms i can file while i wait for the actual GC there is a form you can fill out to travel overseas while you are awaiting for the GC to be issued. I am wondering if it is REALLY safe for a "ex-I 601er" to leave without having the actual greencard issued? :shy:
We all know the last thing we don't want to happen is to be detained at tthe POE or have any complications to reenter the country. I am scared bc i hear stories of ppl being sent back from the airport having a actual valid GC. So should we be patient and wait for the GC or traveling after a waiver is okay?
