am new and i need some help. i would like to know how to put the package for a k1 visa please help me send all the info that i need cause am not sure how to do any of this please help

Hi Tena - you really need to provide a little more information. For example, are you married or engaged to a USC/LPR? Is the intending immigrant currently in the U.S.? Legally or illegally? How did that person enter the U.S.? There are other questions... you might want to look for a more appropriate place on the forum to put your question as well. For example, if there is no illegal presence, you might post in marriage-based AOS (adjustment of status)....

am engaged. am in the us and he is in jamaica i just got all the paper to full out but am not sure what to put iun the package and how much is it ti file a k1 visa please help
