Am I approved

Im so confused, I dont know if Im going to pick up my Visa or not!
My husbands first interview in CDJ was 5/26/06, his waiver was entered 6/05/06 with DHS, We received an approval for the waiver on 06/26/07. On the bottom of our appoval it says since its been a year we have to fill out the forms again and go back to the medical exam and pay the fees. They gave us an appointment for 08/01/07, does this mean he is getting his Visa since our waiver was approved? Please give me any information, it will help clear my mind and reduce my stress.

Yes it does!!! Since it will have been a year since the first interview, you will have to, as the letter said, return to CDJ to re-do the medical, affidavit of support and pay the fees, but you are approved, and your husband is coming back in just over a month!!!

Congratulations on the approval!!!! By all mean send him to get his visa!!! You just have to redo the medical, pay the visa fee and bring an update affidavit of support! But he's in the clear to get the visa!!!
