I'm not an expert, but from what I've learned on this website... if you have multiple entries without inspection you do not qualify for the waiver.

It depends on how long he stayed during each entry.

If he EWI'd after a year of overstay then he would not be eligible for a waiver until after being outside the US for ten years.

Also, if any one of those entries happens to have been a deportation then he would have the same ten year ineligibility for a waiver. . .signing a different name doesn't change anything, they usually do fingerprints. . .

but isn't catch and release different than being deported? if it is catch and release it does not count agianst him is that right??

Sounds like a catch and release - though not sure if signing another name would result in misrepresentation charge or not.

el trato de crusar la linea un lunes lo cacharon martes lo cacharon miercoles logro crusar todo esto pasa la misma semana grasias el mismo mes y el mismo ano no a vuelto a mexico desde que llego aqui.
