Where will I find Egypt information, in the Africa 601 or Middle East 601?

Sorry, we are working on listing the consulates in the sub-head, but Egyptian waivers go through Athens, Greece, so you would want to post in the Eastern Europe/Russia/Middle East area.

if you just apply for the waiver at cairo embassy , so i think it will go throw Athens first ,then they might switch you later to Rome. so you must now follow Middle East . at Athins,

i just filled my 1-601 at Cairo Egypt too at April ,6 ,2008. after that i emailed the embassy many time untill they answerd me that,they sent my paper to Athens .
then i emailed Athens too, they recived my waiver at May ,9 .
they asked me not to ask them or send any other email and give them at least 6 month.. ..i heard they switch some cases to Rome i have no idea in which cases they switch it to Rome ? does any one have any idea ??
i deported (valonterly) from the airport at 1997 and i passed over 10 years now .. 212 (6) (c) (i) ,, and now i got back to my ex husbend ( USC)and my daughter (USC). like 2 years ago after a long suffering without my daughter , ( she was living with my husbend when we were divorced before for 8 years ). any one have an idea about simillar cases got aproved or not ?
