Hello everyone!!!
I got a questions.
I know a couple who are already legal residents in California. The husband got his residency thru labor certification and his wife was detained and deported. His wife waivers were approved and she has been back for almost 4years alreasy.
He has been legal resident for 4 years and 9 months and is applying for his citizenship however, he is concern that his wife deportation will interfer in his application, What do you think?
Will he need to send documentation of his wife waivers approval or something with his application? or he can send his application and wait if immigration request them?
God Bless you
