Photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page
Which Applicants
The applicant and each applicant that is traveling together with the applicant must submit a photocopy of the biographic data page from the respective valid passport.
What to send
Submit a photocopy of the biographic data page of the applicant’s and the applicant’s individual family members’ valid passports. This is the page that shows the applicant’s name and date and place of birth.
Note: Do NOT send the applicant’s passport(s) to the NVC, just the photocopy of the biographic data page.

Viri, that's a good question. Does your hubby have a passport?

Remember, the immigrant is the applicant at this point in the process. So, if you are also petitioning for your kids to get visas and become legal in the US, then yes, you would need their passports. BUT, if you're kids are already US citizens by birth, you only need this for the applicant (IE the immigrant).

I agree. I think it means you just need a photocopy of your husband's passport (the biographical page). And if he has children who are not US citizens who you are sponsoring at the same time, you list them too.
In this case though, it's just him.

I thought that at first - that "travelling" with means AFTER the visa.. like who else is getting visas.. but then I thought but they ask for ours right ? the spouse?

They only need a copy of your passport since YOU are the immigrant! Your kids are USC, so they are not applying with you. Good Luck! Did you get your passport?
