What should I put here if we are going the K-3 route? We will adjust status within the US, so obviously I shouldn't put Tegucigalpa, Honduras-- right?
How do I know which city in the US to write down? We will be living in Kansas City, Missouri... could anyone shed some light on this? Thanks! :)
(Here is a link to the I-130 form so you can see what I'm talking about...)

hmm, maybe you should put both the us city and tegu...because when they first get the i-130 they aren't going to know that you're filing the i-129f later... but that's just a thought. someone else should know for sure.
(i think this post is going to make me a senior member!)

Question 22 states...
Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status.
Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:
Is your spouse in the United States????
Even though you are electing to go the K-3 route, you should look at each form individually. At this stage you are filing the I-130 and your spouse is not eligible to apply for adjustment of status as he/she is not presently in the US and will be applying for a visa.
Note the question is in two parts and you need to complete the section applicable to you for the I-130 only. Put the I-129F out of your mind for now until that needs to be filed.
