mtoledo and jsierra - although the processing times listed on the USCIS website state they are working on I130 petitions from Feb 12/13 - in reality - those are the 'latest dated' ones they are working on. It doesn't mean that they are only working on february - I have already seen some late may/early june approvals on the VJ website. However, they are still some march and april filers who are still pending....Not really a lot of consistancy - but will all luck - we will all be approved in much less time than their stated 6 months....

It also just means that if you petition was dated prior to Feb 12/Feb 13 - then you can do an inquiry on the status of it...because you fell out of their processing times.

jsierra - you can check out their processing times at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp ...just enter the service center you want info on ....

Still boosted my mood....even though it may not show. I really hope that we are all approved in 3 months. Back in Jan and feb of this year it was about a 3 month approval, but who knows now that the fee increase has also increase the load.
