I have filed an I130 on 6/28/07, at cali svc center and k3 petition on 10/2007. I have not yet recv approval for I130, last response I recv was case is under review, and they have to do additional review on this case. I f i dont hear anything within 3 mos from april,to contact customer service. Can anyone enlighten me on what this could be, or anyone exprerienced similar response share your experiences. I also contacted congres and senator and their letters state my hubby background checks are still pending.All his ime for 10mos what cpuld it be that can take sooo long.
