Hi I Have A Question Ok I Had My Waiver Appointment And Was Sent To Backlog Because I Needed More Evidence Of Extreme Harship.. Well My Question Is That If I My Husband Has To Write A New Hardship Letter And If He Does Does He Inculde What He Wrote On The Other Letter.. We Only Included Financial Harship Since We Dont Have Any Kids Or We Dont Suffer From Any Medical Condition, Could Inlcude Education Because My Husband Is Not Going To School Any More. We Also Talked About His Job Wich Many People Might Think Is Not A Good Job Since He Works At A Restaurant. Well Is Going To See A Psicologist And This Is The Adicional Evidence We Will Be Sending,,, But Like I Said I Dont Know If I Have To Mention Pur Financial Situation And Everithyng I Included On The Previous Letter... I Hope I Didnt Confuse You,, And Thank You In Advance For Your Help...

Make sure that you are including only hardship to the US Citizen, anything else is extraneous informtion.
Education is a good reason, language barrier is a good reason. . .are there any family ties that cause a strain to leave?
What type of ban are you trying to overcome?

Did you post your HSL here? From what I have asked on this forum and the responses that I have received, you DONT HAVE to have a medical condition or kids. Have you read the letters from people like Adriane, Laurafern and Christabel? They don't have kids (from what I could remember) or major medical conditions if any. I don't have a medical condition or kids but I'm still going to include financial, educational, ties to US, career, health concerns (which is different from health conditions), personal safety, etc that are also on other people's HSL's but in their point of views.
Also, just because he works at a restaurant doesn't mean that the adjucator will immediately think that it's a "crappy job". There's always an explanation as to why a person works where they work. Could be scheduling restrictions, pay, location, distance, etc. All this could be explained in the HSL.
It's all a matter of "thinking outside the box" and there's plenty of people here to help!
