My question is... my husband is leaving to Juarez and i want to know if the officers at juarez do a back ground check and what happens if they find a traffic ticket or something like that? He was arrested once but we went to the court house and they said his record was clean. we are very nervous so please help.....:confused:

I am pretty sure that traffic offenses dont matter. Also what was he arrested for?

he got pulled over because one of the cars blinkers wasnt working and well he got arrested for diving without a drivers license once and a second time he got pulled over for missing a stop sign and got arrested for the same thing but for both of the times that he got arrested they just tooked him to the police station but was not booked in.

Those will not count as CIMT, but if you said he had never been arrested that would be a problem.
