Assigning choice of agent online???

I recieved my choice of agent form, and was getting ready to send it back in the mail. but then perez782 told me that I can just do it oline, he also mentioned that there was a thread started a whiled back that explained how to do this. Does anyone know how to find this thread???

I was getting ready to answer you and then I saw your other post that you said you have already received the forms in the mail. If you have the forms in hand, at this point it will be faster to mail them. It will take about 7 days for them to respond to your email and let you know that they accepted your forms by email. And you could probably mail your forms and get them there in one day.

This is just my opinion. However, you can do both -- mail and email. I would also suggest this.

:ditto: You can e-mail NVC, but to be on the safe side you can mail them a hardcopy so that you CYA...

Please read this post which will give you an idea. The only difference is that you must state the date of birth for the petitioner along with the name of birth for the beneficiary.
