Is there a spot in the Waiver PAcket I should mention the misdemeanor on my husband's record? The lawyer I have been talking to said that it shouldn't be a big deal. He said that disorderly conduct misd. are the most minor misd there are. He said that it does not count a violent misdemenor even though my husband was in a fight. HE said "bad misd." are ones that include battery, and violence in the title. I am so confused. Any words of wisdom?
