Great, what do I do now?

So the wife has her appt on June 4. According to my Senator's office, her packet was sent on April 24. Today is May 16, and still no packet.

What can I do now? How do I request her packet again? They sent it to the right address, I just have never received it.

Her first interview. K3? Submitted I130 and I129F, and got NOA2 for both. Went to NVC, and the letter said info was forwarded to CDJ. Never gotten a letter from CDJ about the appt, but senator's office got me the info I needed.

So ya think this is normal? Almost a month to get a letter? Pony Express anyone?

You need to call for your waiver appointment though. They are already making those for mid-to-late July.

DJ, I have the same problem. My husbands K3 appoinment is on June 5 and CDJ told me they mailed it on April 8. I still have not received it yet. I kept calling and calling the $7 number and they kept telling me to wait until after 30 days since they sent it. Well this week it was 30 days and I called again and they bascally told me that it is to late to send a new packet. They said that my husband has to go 2 or 3 days before his appoinment to the information window and ask for an appoinment letter so he could do his medical. This last time I called they also told me all the forms he needed for his interview which are on the CDJ consulate website and they also documented that he never received the packet. But make sure you call the $7 number so they could document that you have not received your packet.
It kinda sucks because now we have to leave a few more days earlier so he get get the appoinmet letter. It seems like this happens pretty often with K3 packets for some reson?

Yeah, I was told she could go 2-3 days before. However, she has already booked her flight. She has a Wed appt, so she is flying in late Monday night, with plans on the medical on Tues and appt on Wed, then fly out late Thu.

2-3 days before would mean Fri, and I don't want her in CDJ any more than she has to be.

I will call the phone sex $7 I mean CDJ line in a few more days, and see what else I can do.

hey dj....
actually if you need to be there a couple of days so you can get a print out of the form, she may actually have to leave wednesday....you should count saturday or sunday cuz the consulate doesnt open those days.
