Hello,

I just email my DS-3032 (choice of Agent). And this is what I got from them.

Should I retry to send it or what should I do? Thanks

Lolita

Hi Lolita,

I think you shouldn`t worry, just resend the email paying attention to provide all the requested data: NVC case number, your husband`s name and date of birth, your date of birth and so on according to your situation.

Good luck

Jsierra,

What email address did you send it to? I don't have an NVC number. I just got an I-130 approval notice and it said that is was sent to NVC dated on April 22, 2008.

Thanks,

Lolita

This is the standard message that they send now. They even ask this information about the petitioner and the beneficiary every time you call to speak to a person.

If your original email did not provide the petitioner's name, DOB and the beneficiary's name, DOB, then you may resend.

Yeah that's the right email.
That is an auto-reply message - everyone gets it no matter what - but they should still read and process your email. I just literally finished sending mine too.. Jsierra you are our pioneer !! :D
