Evidence I am gathering for Exp.

Hello! So I am going to go ahead and try the expediate. I know dont get my hopes up but I still need to try.

This is what I am going to gather before I see my lawyer.

Work:
Attendance Policy
Attendance record for myself
Warning I received for leaving because of Emma
The Denial on my FMLA for Emma

Doctor:
Medical records
Referal to Specialist
All perscriptions/ all the cost
The doctor Bills
I am going to see if her doct will write a letter.

Day Care:
A letter about how often she has to go home also all the times they call me at.

Also information when we go see the specialist.

Anything else that you all can think of would be great let me know.

It is worth a shot...so hard to know what criteria they use for allowing expedites..good luck!
