My fiance has two last name as most people in Mexico do.

Can I put both of them on the I-129F form. Have someone done this already.

I only used one. The paternal one. But it is your/his choice.

I did use my first and middle name though.

Yep, we did it. We hyphenated them, but they didn't put in the hyphen on all the official letters they sent us. I'm thinking that they didn't hyphenate them because they are used to two last names for latinos. So, you're fine to put two.

You probably should put for the last names what he has for his passport, otherwise it would be confusing.
