I am a Canadian citizen my fiance is a US citizen. We applied for a fiance visa about 6 weeks ago. I have a 5 year old son and a 1 week old daughter (my fiance is her biological father).
Am I allowed to travel to the US to visit my fiance while the application is processing? And bring both kids? How does that work?
I have travelled to see him in the past with my son, but wondering if I am able to now with my daughter and the application in process.
