We filed our waiver in CDJ January 10th, 2007. It was sent to DHS on January 17th, 2007. We need the waiver before we can receive our fiance visa......We now are anxiously awaiting our results......

December 27th.....First Interview, waiver needed for denied border entry from 2004
January 10th........Filed waiver
January 17th........Waiver sent to DHS (confirmed with consulate)
Currently waiting........

DHS stands for the Department of Homeland Security.

When I first got involved with these forums, I was trying to figure that out myself. :)

04/17/07 - 601 filled - need further evidence "given 30 days"
4/22/07 to 5/14/07 -mailed 4 packages with supporfing evidence and 5 letters all together.
04/18/o7 - waiver at DHS according to 202 # info "pending approval"

Question: where can I find more info on the "pilot program"?
