Second Interview

Hi all ! Chuck and Teresa here. So here is our question my fiancee and I had our first appointment One month ago. Now we have been invited back for another interview. I dont believe that she does not need another medical appointment but do you think we will have to pay Banamex another $131 dollars for this interview. Not sure since if it is a new appointment or if it is just a review. Or a whole new appointment. Has any one had an experience with this. Thanks again for your support. Chuck and Teresa

This is a new open appointment but it is regaurding the one we had four weeks again. They assumed we were married and told us to file an I 130 but, we are not married so we called our congressman and senators to assit us . So now we have a new open appointment. I am confused if they are just going to review our case so we could submit our eveidence or if it is going to be a completely new appointment and they are going to charge us again. Who know at least we have the opportunity to still be married soon. Any thoughts. Chuck and Teresa

They won't charge you again. It will probably be a new appointment all over again. They will review the info and hopefully this time be convinced that you are indeed, not married, and give her the visa.

This is a great site and I thank all of you for supporting us and giving us up to date info. We are going to go to our New Appointment Monday or Tuesday of this next week. However we are waiting for some original documents.Such as our News Paper article the letters my attorney got back from the Senators and the Congressman. We are hopeful that this time we will be able to go be with our familes and have our wedding that is already planned. All we need to do is show up. I cant wait to start giving back to this site as it has helped us in a short amount of time. Thanks Chuck and Teresa
