Evidence for what? The 601? Each and every claim of hardship needs to be backed up with proof. So it depends on the case. If it's medical, doctor letters and medical records. If it's financial, bank/IRA/401K/SSA statements. If it's unemployment/safety, etc. statistical evidence from legitimate sources online.
