Hi Everyone I am Sabrina and I am so glad I found this page. To tell you a little about me. I am married to a wonderful man named Roberto. He is in Mexico right now waiting to get approved for his I-601 waiver. He has been there since Oct 10th, 2006. I am so glad to have found a support system here because it is so hard to go through this. We still have not heard anything from CDJ and are not sure when we will. From what I can see it is taking about a year or so for processing. Does anyone know differently?


I hope to meet some new and supportive people on here. Thanks to everyone!

Lately we've been seeing really random approvals from people who filed their waivers in Ciudad Juarez (CDJ) last November and December. We are expecting a whole flood of approvals any day now for people who filed in September and October.
