Forms for the I 129F once approved

Can anyone tell me all the forms I will need for the I 129f. I look at several diff websites and for somereason it all says diffrent forms. If you could also list any shortcuts if anyone has any. To help the process. What forms are first and whats next. Thanks There might be a thread explaining this i could not find it.

that's because all the confusing forms are for the i-130. the i-129f gets sent directly to CDJ after about a week at NVC and they send you your interview packet, which will tell you a list of everything you need to bring to the interview. you do NOT need to send forms to the NVC if you go the i-129f route--this is accomplished during the AOS later, after the K3 is issued. you also need to prepare the i-601 if you need it.

the i-130 is where the forms are needed for NVC. if you go the i-130 route, you will need the DS-3032 (choice of agent), i-864 (affidavit of support), ds-230 (immigrant visa application), and the accompanying fees.

JSierra is right. Once the I-129F is approved it will be sent right to NVC and then you'll automatically get an appointment in the country you're applying through.
When you get that appointment you'll turn in the affidavit of support and pay the visa fee or whatever other fees right at the appointment.
You will not send forms in and wait like you would for the I-130.

In the interview packet that the NVC sends me it will list the date of the appointment correct. How much lead time do they give you. I will also have to file the I 601 wavier after that. Which Ana is taking care of.

You will only get the packet a couple months before the appointment.

You also should call and find out by phone because the packet won't give you alot of time left to schedule the waiver.. you are k3 right

Thanks for the info. I Will keep calling as of today it was not still in the system.
